Nashville SC Sign Central Midfielder Edvard Tagseth From Rosenborg BK

Nashville SC begin their first off-season in the BJ Callaghan era! Nashville began this off-season with a central midfield signing of Edvard Tagseth from Rosenborg BK. The 23 year old former Liverpool FC academy product who has 11 goal contributions during the Norwegian 2024 season. In 140 career games for Rosenborg, Tagseth has 29 goal contributions while starring in the Norwegian top division for a few seasons now.

Tagseth becomes the 2nd central midfield signing under BJ Callaghan behind the summer signing of Patrick Yazbek. Clearly Callaghan saw some issues with the central midfield now behind two new younger talents as well as not bringing back the likes of; Dru Yearwood, Tah Anunga, Anibal Godoy, and Amir Sejdic. It will be interesting to continue to see how Callaghan continues to build his roster in Nashville.
