Minnesota United Re-Sign Wil Trapp Ahead Of 2025 Season

Minnesota United have re-signed defensive midfielder Wil Trapp ahead of the 2025 season. The 31 year old former U.S. international returns to Minnesota where last season he made 31 appearances across all competitions with 2 goal contributions. The former MLS All Star midfielder joins Robin Lod and Hassani Dotson as the central midfielders on this roster. I expect Trapp to once again play a key piece as a rotational starter and experienced depth piece for a Loons squad who is aiming to take a step forward from 2024.
